    • All rental units have completely equipped kitchens.
    • Towel exchange 3 times a week.
    • Weekly maid service within a 10 day minimum stay.
    • Cable TV, telephone, heated pool with built in whirlpool, A/C.
    • Large fishing/boat dock, poolside/waterfront barbeque grill.

  • Studio: Comfortable for two people.
  • Poolside Apartment (1 bedroom): Large, some sleep up to 6 persons, bedroom, living room, dining area and kitchen.
  • Waterfront Apartment: Similar to poolside apartment, except it features a nice view on the Boca Ciega Bay, some sleep up to 5 persons.

  • RESERVATIONS ONLY GUARANTEED WITH A 30% DEPOSIT.
  • A 30 DAY ADVANCED CANCELLATION NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR REFUND OF THE DEPOSIT. REFUNDS SUBJECT TO A 3% OR $25 MINIMUM HANDLING CHARGE. NO-SHOW NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.
  • OVERSEA BOOKINGS REQUIRE A FULL PREPAYMENT WITH A 60 DAY ADVANCED CANCELLATION NOTICE.
  • NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES, WEATHER OR ACTS OF GOD.
